}这种被称为懒汉式,对象在方法调用时才初始化,也叫做对象的延迟加载,Single类进内存,对象没建立,只有调用了getInstance方法时,才建立对象,多线程用不安全,可以在getInstance加上synchronized同步,但是效率就低了,可以在if判断语句外部在加一个判断,这样就不用,每次都加锁,
