在开发web是，jsp页面我使用动态日历，引入的jar包是struts2-dojo-plugin-2.1.6.jar；具体的代码设置如下：<%@ page language="java" import="java.util.*" pageEncoding="gb2312"%>

按照上面的代码写，部署到tomcat上面，然后我用的是360浏览器打开，怎么1到9月份的现在还正常，到了10到12月份，就乱码了呢？？请高手指点
