编写一个可以获取文件扩展名的函数,形参接受一个文件名字符串,
                  返回一个扩展名字符串

文件名字而已，只是字符串的处理罢了，跟文件本身的操作没什么关系，记得扩展名的标志是"."，代码如下：public class Text {
