第一个if条件里是什么意思

if(!"class".equals(name))    就是判断name的值与字符串 "class" 是否一样，然后用 "!" 取反。即name的值与字符串 "class" 一样时，if里面的条件为false, name的值与字符串 "class" 不一样时，if里面的条件为true
