除了把最后fr.close();改为fw.close()外，没其他错误。
可能楼主创建fr = new FileReader("FileWriterDemo.java");时
FileWriterDemo.java 文件不存在或者路径不对。

主函数 throws IOException 不需要了吧， 方法中已经对异常处理完毕。

处理异常是需要new()一个对象  throw new RuntimeException(“读取错误”);
